Originally from the UK, Mike saw an opportunity in the late 1990's to pilot a brand new investment concept in the NZ property industry. It didn't just involve a "paradigm shift" in the way property was marketed; it literally took the concept of owning investment property to a new level. The concept centred on “fully managed, long term, rent guaranteed investment property”.
This was a revolutionary idea in the investment property world - and one that was close to Mike's heart. Both he and his wife, Sharon had been property investors since 1993 - and if they'd had the opportunity to own fully managed, rent guaranteed property back then, they would've embraced it with open arms! Born and bred in India, Harry brings a wealth of diverse international managerial experience into the company. A Science Graduate with a Diploma in Sales and Marketing Management to his name, he provides a unique blend of visionary thinking coupled with a real down-to-earth, "just do it" attitude.
Now in his fifties and a citizen of New Zealand, Harry makes no secret of the fact that he is fast becoming more than a tad wary of what "retirement in New Zealand" will be like.
A baby-boomer in his own right, Harry points out to all who will listen, that "although you could never have too much money in retirement, you could certainly have too little!" An avid property investor since arriving in New Zealand in 1997, Harry has spent almost all of this time working in the property industry. In the 8 years up until December 2005, he held the position of General Manager with North Shore based property company, Wealth Buy Property. David is a property investment planner and business consultant with over 40 years of experience assisting corporate and individual clients in the Financial and Corporate Management areas.
He currently serves as the Board Chairman of two of New Zealand’s largest public companies and as an independent director for a number of private companies, both here in New Zealand and the US. David's role at Compass Property International is one of an independent advisor to our prospective customers. To this end he utilises a suite of personally developed analysis software known as AAA or Advanced Affordability Index software to assess the affordability of any given or proposed property investment through Compass Property International.  SARANG VANGIPURAM
Mortgage Broker
Sarang is the quintessential "go to" guy when it comes to arranging New Zealand investment property finance. Under the umbrella of Constellation Mortgages, he liaises with lenders across the country, co-coordinating all aspects of the home loan application process on behalf of our customers.
Born in 1968 in Hyderabad, India, Sarang did his post-graduate studies and worked as a consultant before migrating to New Zealand in 1995.
In 1997 he joined Mortgage & Financial Services. Four years later in 2001, he joined Wealth Buy Property in the capacity of a mortgage broker - a position he held until the end of 2005. February 2006 saw him head up Constellation Mortgages - a mortgage finance company that has a working relationship with Compass Property Investments, the New Zealand arm of Compass Property International. One of Sarang's roles within Constellation Mortgages involves the preparation of PIA's (Property Investment Analysis reports) for Compass clients.
Sarang is an accredited member of the NZ Mortgage Brokers Association and plays a vital role in securing cost-effective property finance for property investors both here in New Zealand and overseas. Email:

 BRUCE SMEATON
Web Master / Property Consultant
Bruce Smeaton brings a new dynamic to both the online and offline marketing activities of the company. He designed, created the content for, and now manages both the corporate blog AND the company website.
He is also a senior property consultant. Bruce has worked extensively overseas in Australia and Europe in the banking and finance industries, and travels regularly to the US on web marketing-related business.
He has a great love of meeting people. He's a "problem solver" and a "motivator"...and will work with our clients for as long as it takes, to ensure that they're well and truly set on the path to financial freedom. His background in banking means that "where needed, he's able to offer advanced financial and lending advice to our clients".
